Yes. We install for GCs, handle tenant-improvement flooring, and invoice on net terms for repeat clients. COIs and W-9 available on request.
After drying is confirmed, we remove damaged flooring, dry the subfloor, and install matched replacement. We document square footage and photos for adjusters. Do not install new floors until moisture readings are in range — we coordinate with your restoration company's timeline.
